Our Mission
We are passionately committed to the Apple® Macintosh® platform
and to providing users with compassionate customer service, which
will allow them to grow and improve their experience and productivity.
SandpointMacs began working with an Apple Computer
back in 1984. Yes, you read that right, that was the year the Macintosh
was introduced.
From the first Macintosh 128 to the new MacBooks, Mac Minis and
Mac Pros, we have worked with just about every Mac there is, including
the
iBooks, PowerBooks, Minis
and now
the Intel iMac and MacBook Pro. If you need advanced help or just
have a simple question, SandpointMacs can help.
From helping companies set up networks to installing the latest
software on your Macintosh, we have the ability and expertise
to provide you with everything you need to be productive.
Need a special piece of software, we can find it for you. Would
your office
run better with a custom database application, then SandpointMacs
should be your choice in an independent Macintosh service provider.
The Apple Macintosh is one of the most stable
and trouble-free personal computers you can use. But every now
and then
problems arise.
Questions we can answer:
Which version of the OS (9 or X/“Ten”,
Jaguar, Panther, Tiger or Leopard) I can use on my Mac?
How much RAM can be installed on my Mac?
My Mac is over four years old should I buy a new one?
Whats the difference between an application and a document?
Is there an easy way to find my documents?
How do I use the dock in OSX?
How do I easily move my files so I am organized?
Can I get Outlook Express or Internet Explorer for OSX?
